1. What We Collect

To run your account and the game, we store: your username, a password hash in the format required by the game client, and — optionally — your email address if you choose to add one. When you make a purchase, we also store basic payment records (transaction ID, amount, product, date). For security we keep technical logs such as IP address and browser information on certain actions (login, password change).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to operate the service: authenticating your account, delivering in-game rewards and purchased points, sending account-related emails (email confirmation, security notices), preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping the server secure and stable.

3. Email

Adding an email is optional but recommended for account recovery and security alerts. If you add or change your email, we send a confirmation link to verify it. We do not use your email for marketing.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Tip4Serv. We never see or store your card details — those are handled entirely by the payment provider. We only receive a confirmation containing the transaction reference, the amount, and the email used, so we can credit your points.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains no advertising or tracking data. Some infrastructure providers (for example our CDN) may set technical cookies required to serve the site securely.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share what is strictly necessary with the service providers that make the site work (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, CDN), and only for those purposes.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Security logs and payment records are kept for a limited period for security, accounting and anti-fraud purposes, then removed or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data. To make a request, contact us through our Discord server. Note that some records (such as payment history) may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords, secured sessions, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and restricted access to sensitive configuration. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your account safe.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
